I grew up in a predominantly Latin community in Los Angeles County where celebrations were always happening for even the smallest reasons! Growing up, I began to truly recognize how impactful it was to maintain these deeply rooted traditions of music, food, culture, y celebraciones. 

Noticing the lack of bilingual event planners who respect Latinx traditions, I decided to enter the event planning industry. 

My Mission

is to assist my Latinx community in organizing and executing their special events with cultural sensitivity.

I specialize in working with couples and families who seek an event planner fluent in their language and traditions. I listen closely to your story and vision, valuing the importance of family and community. My goal is to ensure your event day is exactly as you envisioned, so you can enjoy it stress-free with your loved ones.

Beyond planning, I cherish the reactions of my clients on their big day, when every detail falls into place. My approach is to be an active listener, addressing your unique needs and concerns to minimize stress and anxiety.

When I'm not planning events, you might find me enjoying a glass of wine and pizza at a local winery with my husband and friends, or exploring new coffee drinks at a local café.

This is for the couple who has started their wedding planning and has most of their vendors booked, my job will be to help you tie any loose ends before the big day, create the timeline for the day and execute it, distribute final payments and/or gratuities to vendors directly, coordinate with vendors regarding their set up/takedown and tasks, day of assistant coordinator provided, etc.

You have most of your event planned but need a professional event planner to properly execute your special day. As your event planner I will help you put together the missing pieces of your puzzle to complete your dream celebration!

Partial Planning

Full time wedding planning services start around 1-2 years out, it includes facilitating all your meetings with vendors and planning throughout the engagement period such as venue, photography, video, and caterer, entertainment, monthly check-ins as well as zoom meeting if needed, coordinating and planning rehearsals, etc.

Full Time Planning

This package offers everything the full-time package has, plus more! Such as a collaboration with my signage vendor, she will take care of your welcome sign, seating chart, and table numbers. This package also includes coffee and pastry drop off to you and your bridesmaids during your hair and make-up time!

  • Coffee and Pastries/Fruit @ Bridal Suite - I will arrive when you and your bridal party arrive in the morning for hair/make up and provide coffee and pastries/fruits.

  • Recruitment of Vendors to fit aesthetic needs this includes: Venue, Photographer, Videography, Dance Choreographer, DJ, Cake, Pastries, Desserts, Photobooth, Signage Vendor, Balloon Vendor, Marquee Lighting Vendor etc.
  • Monthly Meetings via zoom/in person
  • Venue tour with your venue manager
  • Coordination the day of the event
  • Communication with Vendors throughout the entire planning period
  • Create the timeline for the day and execute it.
  • Distribute Final Payments/gratuities to vendors directly
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding set up/take down tasks
  • Day of Assistant coordinator provided
  • Set up and Tear down of DIY items
